Derek has lived in Hampton/Hampton Hill for 25 years, while he was first vicar of St Mary’s and then more recently as the vicar of St James’s. He has been a trustee of the Hampton Parochial Charity for most of that time, and Chairman for the past 5 years. He has also served as a governor of local schools and a trustee of various charities. He enjoys photography, cycling and the natural world.

Barbara Healey

Barbara Healey

Barbara was born in Hampton and continues to live locally. She is an active member of the community and has been involved as a Trustee with Hampton Parochial Charity and the War Memorial Charity since 1997.

Suzette Nicholson

Suzette Nicholson

Suzette is a local elected Hampton Ward Councillor for the LBRuT. She has been involved with Hampton Parochial Charities since she was first elected in October 2004. She has lived locally with her family since 1985. She is a retired teacher.

Dr David Wile

Dr David Wile

MBBCh, MSc, FRCPath

David was brought up in Hampton Hill and was educated locally. After qualifying as a doctor, David trained as a specialist in Chemical Pathology, Diabetes and Endocrinology and later worked at University Hospital Aintree in Liverpool until his retirement. David continues to support medical and biochemical students through his lecturing and teaching. He is a keen photographer and a skills instructor with the 3rd Hampton Hill Scouts. He has been a Trustee for Hampton Parochial Charity for the last two years and is also a member of the Parochial Church Council.

Rev Stuart Leamy

Rev Stuart Leamy

Stuart is a Church of England clergyman and a retired chartered accountant. His last job as an accountant was as Chief Finance Officer of YMCA London South West and he is still assisting the YMCA Pension Fund.

He has been a trustee of a number of local charities for many years. In particular, he was involved in the campaign to save Hampton Pool and have been a trustee since the formation of Hampton Pool Trust and the re-opening of the Pool in 1985.

He has been a trustee of Hampton Parochial Charity and its associated charities, for eight years and has been particularly involved with their financial affairs.

Anne Walker

Anne Walker

Anne was born in Hampton and continues to live locally. After a long career in teaching she worked for a local charity for several years. She is an active member of the community and is greatly involved with All Saints Church in Hampton. Anne has been a Trustee with Hampton Parochial Charity for 11 years and is particularly involved with social support for the Charity beneficiaries.

Ruth McCann

Ruth McCann

Ruth has lived in Hampton for 15 year with her husband and two children. Ruth is a designer and works with local publishers including The Richmond Magazine and The Elmbridge Magazine. She has been a trustee with Hampton Parochial Charity for the last two years. She enjoys paddle boarding and kayaking with her family on the river.

Ben Lovell

Ben Lovell

Ben grew up in West London before going to the University of Manchester to study Aerospace Engineering. After university, he studied Youth and Community Work with Applied Theology. While training for ordination at St Mellitus College, Ben completed a Master’s degree in Theology and Ministry at King's College London. He served his curacy in South Harrow before becoming Vicar of Hampton in 2017. Ben champions youth ministry across the Kensington Area, and is also Chair of Governors at St Mary’s Hampton Church of England School. He is married and has two children.

Nicki Hall

Nicki has lived in Hampton for 25 years with her family. She started her career at a Marketing Agency before running a small business providing Health and Social Care Training. She worked within the Social Housing sector for 10 years before joining Hampton Parochial Charity three years ago. She enjoys playing bridge and walking her dog.
